A manifesto about your privacy, your data, and how our AI chat works.
How the chat works
When you ask the AI a question, we assemble only the context needed to answer you: your project settings, campaign names and performance metrics from your connected platforms, and any instructions you gave us. That context is sent to a secure AI provider to generate a response.
What we never include in that context: your API keys, tokens, passwords, refresh tokens, billing details, or account credentials. These are handled strictly inside our encrypted infrastructure and are never passed to the AI model or any external party.
The AI provider we use does not store your data or train on it. Each conversation is processed for your session only.
Our promises to you
We never send your credentials
Your API keys, tokens, passwords, and account IDs are never sent to any external provider — including the AI model. When we prepare context for the AI, credentials are redacted and replaced before anything leaves your workspace. The AI never sees a single secret.
Everything sensitive is encrypted
All credential information is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database. It cannot be read by external systems, and it is never exposed in reports, logs, or chat responses.
Your chats stay private
Our employees do not have access to your chat history and never review your conversations. There is no human reading your prompts, campaign data, or AI responses.
You control your data — deletion removes it everywhere
Our policy allows us to store data so the platform can work for you. But when you delete your data, it is removed from every source — our database, backups, and any derived copies. Your data is yours.
We only use models that don't learn from your data
We carefully select AI models that do not store or train on your data. Your prompts and campaign information are processed for your session only and are not used to train AI models.
AI can make mistakes
This is an AI assistant — like any AI, it can occasionally be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify important information before acting on it. We are continuously improving, but AI is not a substitute for your judgment.
Your control over your data
You can delete individual conversations at any time from the chat sidebar. When you do, the conversation is removed from our system. If you ever want a full account deletion, contact [email protected] and we will remove your data from every source.
You can disconnect any platform at any time — disconnecting revokes our access to that account and its data.

A note about AI
AdAgend uses AI to analyze, recommend, and act on your marketing data. AI is powerful but not perfect — it can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or act on outdated information. We build guardrails, ask for confirmation before changes, and let you roll back any action. But please review important recommendations before applying them, especially those involving budget or account changes. You are always in control.
